Hi Makers,

I am looking for an experienced freelancer based in the Czech Republic to set up an automation and AI backbone for my creative studio and membership platform, Almarande.com (Instagram: @alma.rande).

Our tech stack:

  • WordPress + Elementor
  • FAPI (sales and membership)
  • Vimeo
  • Ecomail + domain inboxes @almarande.com
  • Meta Pixel installed

Key workflows needed:

  1. Voice-to-Newsletter: Structuring audio notes from mobile via LLM prompt directly into Ecomail drafts.
  2. Support Assistant: Sorting @almarande.com inquiries and drafting replies for 1-click human approval.
  3. Data connection between FAPI and Ecomail.
  4. Welcome bonus: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (video creative briefs and campaign setup).

Important condition / Důležitá podmínka:
Because the project operates in the Czech market and all further collaboration takes place exclusively in the native language, please reply to me directly in Czech.

I would appreciate:

  • Your experience with Make.com, LLM API, and FAPI/Ecomail.
  • Your location in the Czech Republic and your hourly rate or pricing model.
  • Your perspective on where you see the greatest potential for further automations that would free up my time for creation. Thank you, Jana

Hello Jano,

I work daily with Make.com and LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude) and build exactly the scenarios you’re describing: voice notes, transcription, and structured newsletter concepts, as well as sorting incoming emails with suggested responses ready for approval with a single click. I am based in Karachi (UTC+5), not in the Czech Republic, but I am happy to work for your region. Language is the only barrier, and I have that covered. I handled the same situation with French clients, managing communication through translators.

I’d be happy to discuss the details in a short online call.

Hi/Good day!
This is Max from JMK. If you can’t find anyone else, let’s see if I can help (2 and 3 for sure, 1 and 4 to be discussed).
Have a nice day!

Hi Jana,

I build automations using Make and integrate AI via LLM APIs. I already have systems running for suggested responses—which a human can approve with a single click—and for transcribing voice messages into text. I haven’t worked directly with FAPI or Ecomail, but both have APIs. I handle Meta Ads daily and can take charge of video briefs and campaigns.

I’m based in Prague. My rate is 1,000 CZK/hour (excl. VAT), or 3,900–7,900 CZK for smaller fixed-price tasks.

I see the greatest potential in follow-up emails targeting people who request a free sample but don’t make a purchase.

I notice orders on your website go through SimpleShop, yet you mentioned FAPI in your inquiry. Are you switching platforms, or will you be using both? I’ll set up the Ecomail integration based on that.

Send a voice message to [email protected], and I’ll send back a draft newsletter based on its content.
