HPUSA — the expensive failure here is not choosing a mailer; it is duplicate contacts and unclear consent when a form is submitted twice. I can take this as a fixed, written sprint:
• Compare 2–3 budget mailers against your list size, monthly send volume, Make support, form limits, consent fields, and next pricing tier; recommend one with the assumptions recorded.
• Configure one audience and one Make scenario using update-or-create logic keyed by email or your chosen stable ID; invalid or ambiguous rows stop in a visible exception log.
• Add up to two capture surfaces to one site, carrying the source and consent fields, then test new, existing, repeated, invalid, and failed submissions on desktop and mobile.
• Deliver the blueprint, field map, test evidence, and handoff notes.
Done means ten test leads create or update exactly one contact with the correct fields, tags, and source; repeated submissions do not create a second record; and failures remain visible and recoverable. Fixed fee: USD 450, five business days after written scope confirmation. This excludes list migration or cleaning, campaign copy/design, domain warm-up or repair, legal advice, multiple sites or mailers, ongoing management, and third-party fees.
I have not deployed this exact buyer setup, so I will not imply that. My RomeoApps-owned workflow reliability proof covers synthetic retry, duplicate, and auth boundaries: n8n Retry Safety & Workflow Error Checker | RomeoApps
If this is still open, reply with your CMS, lead source, approximate contact count, monthly send volume, required fields/tags, and consent constraints. Written async; no call needed.
