Hey everyone,
We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Tech & Automation Specialist for ongoing remote work.
We run a sales agency and need someone technically talented who can help us debug, maintain, and improve our systems.
Sales experience is not necessarily required. We’re mainly looking for someone who enjoys building systems and solving technical problems. Experience in sales operations would be a plus though.
This is not a one-off project. We are scaling and want to bring in someone who can become a long-term part of the team. If the culture and skillset fit is strong, this role can grow into broader technical ownership and potentially leading a small tech operations team down the line.
Stack:
Typical work:
-
Debug broken automations
-
Maintain CRM and lead workflows
-
Build and improve systems
-
Optimize databases
-
Connect tools through Make/webhooks
-
Document recurring issues and suggest system improvements
-
Communicate clearly with our team in Slack
Good fit:
-
Strong technical problem solver
-
Detail-oriented and calm when something breaks
-
Comfortable debugging messy client workflows step by step
-
Good written English
-
Some overlap with European working hours; our clients are mostly based in the US
-
Looking for ongoing work, not just one-off projects
Apply here:
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Nicolas_RevOps, this role sounds like a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys untangling messy systems
A few thoughts from experience: most broken Make scenarios I inherit come down to silent webhook failures or unhandled array/aggregator outputs, so I lean heavily on error handlers and proper logging into Airtable to catch issues before clients do. With Close CRM, the trick is keeping lead status logic clean across Calendly and Typeform triggers so deals don’t get duplicated or stuck mid-pipeline.
I do this kind of ongoing debugging and system-building work happy to apply and chat about how I’d fit the team.

Nicolas - if you are open to a TinyOps Studio vendor relationship instead of only a staff hire, this is the kind of sales-ops system work I can take on.
For the first pass I would stabilize one high-value workflow path: Close CRM lead/deal state, the Make scenario around it, and the Airtable or SQL table that should be the source of truth. The useful deliverable is a written failure map plus the first production fix, not a vague audit.
Typical fixes I would look for are duplicate deal creation, missing webhook retries, Calendly/Typeform records that do not map cleanly into Close, and Make scenarios without error handlers or readable run logs. I can also leave a short ops note so recurring issues are easier for your team to triage.
TinyOps can do a $499 first stabilization pass, then move to a weekly maintenance block if the first fix is useful. If that fits, reply here or email [email protected] with one broken workflow path and the tools involved.
Hi Nicolas,
Just submitted my application through the Airtable form.
My background is primarily in Make.com automation, CRM workflows, APIs, Airtable/Google Sheets systems, and troubleshooting complex automation setups. I’d love the opportunity to contribute and grow with the team.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
