Fellow Automation Agency owner here:
Curious to know how other agency owners handle different staff members working on different client accounts
My setup is currently:
- Staff in my Organization
- My Account is connected to client orgs
- Client use 1Password or Bitwarden to access my account
Problem with that is that sometimes I cannot access my own account.
What’s the setup that other agencies are using in regards to working across multiple clients at the same time?

Are you talking about the Make account here? Each Make account can only be logged in on a single device at any time. Logging into Make dashboard will invalidate all other Make sessions on other devices.
What do you mean by “client orgs” here? What is connected to what?

Client Orgs are single Client Organizations
My current setup is the following:
- 1 Organization for each client (my business included)
- Each client adds me as a user
- Employee uses my account to do the work
I’d like to understand what’s the setup that I should use to have multiple employees work across different client organizations? Should each one of my employees be added to the client org? Or are there any other ways ??
