I’ve been building up the skills necessary over the last few months to be able to build and sell no-code automations using make.
What I’ve been hearing works best for onboarding a client is getting them to set up their own account and giving you access. From there you can manage their account separately and if they ever decide to cancel it’s not a nightmare to offboard them.
However, I’ve been looking around for how people are getting access to their clients passwords and API keys if necessary:
Are you asking directly for their passwords?
Are you just getting API keys from them?
Are you getting them to sign in to make.com and connect to these apps themselves then building out the automations?
would love to hear your thoughts!
thanks in advance,
Liam
