How do i set up a Inquiry-Email-Automation that sends Replies without me clicking the "run" button?

What are you trying to achieve?

I need an Automation for my Email Inbox for Inquiries from my Website. The Automation needs to send Reply Emails as soon as the inquiries are send to my inbox, so i can reach out as fast as possible to the inbound leads.

Steps taken so far

I have already set up the complete Automation and it runs well. The only problem is that in Order to run it, i need to manually press the “run” Button. The goal is for the automation to instantly respond and send an email as soon as the inquiry email is received in my inbox. Does anyone know how i can achieve the szenario to run 24/7? As i know its possible to let it run every 15 Minutes but this to little. Please Help.

Try using the Webhooks “Custom mailhook” module:

Triggers when mailhook receives data.
