Hey folks! Just wanted to share how I used Make.com to fix a big headache in my Salesforce lead process. Leads were coming in from all over- forms, ads, emails, and it was chaos trying to keep things clean and fast. I’m a certified Salesforce Business Analyst, so I figured, why not put Make to work?
I built a simple but powerful scenario. When a lead comes in, Make checks if it’s already in Salesforce. If not, it adds it. Then it auto-assigns the lead to the right person based on some logic I set up. After that, it pings them on Slack with all the details. If no one follows up in two days, Make sends a reminder. Boom! No more leads slipping through the cracks.
What’s cool is that I didn’t write a single line of code. Just clicks, filters, and a bit of thinking. This is where my BA training came in handy. If you’re still studying for Salesforce certs, I used Pass4Future for preparing for the Salesforce Business Analyst certification, and it really helped nail the concepts before building anything in Make.
Anyone else here automating Salesforce stuff with Make? Would love to hear how you’re doing it or trade ideas!
