How to make API calls in several batches in a more efficient manner

Hi all

Consider my screenshot. I’m fetching data from a Datastore with 1200+ contacts. The end goal is to send them e-mails using Postmark with different templates depending on some data from the webhook. Postmark’s API supports a maximum of 500 e-mails per batch. Furthermore, I’ve found that Make’s request to the Postmark API times out (but Postmark is actually sending the e-mails). To avoid this, I reduced the batches to 250 pr. API call, resulting in six different batches (to cover all my 1200+ contacts).

Surely there must be a better/more efficient way?

Thank you.

(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)

Uploading it here will look like this:

blueprint.json (12.3 KB)

3. And most importantly, Output bundles

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module, save the bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.json file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!
