How to Make ChatGPT write a professional email from an Audio Transcript

Hi Team,

I am trying to automate the process of writing an email using ChatGPT from a fireflies audio transcript.

Currently, the result that I am getting is not within the context of the transcript that I recorded.

What could be the issue?

Question 1
Professional emails given the context of the transcript e.g. If audio transcript mentions draft an email to John Doe asking him for his location. ChatGPT should analyse the transcript and write it based on the context provided.

Question 2
The format of the transcript is a webhook which then is moved to a fireflies module which can show the sentences in the transcript. These sentences are then moved to an iterator.

Draft a professional email given the context in this transcript: {{10.array.sentences}}{{var.scenario.executionType}}

The output is a very generic email that does not match the context of the audio transcript

@Vic_Mathina, I see. It seems like the main thing is you need some development with your ChatGPT prompting. I don’t what your experience is with creating prompts, but ChatGPT does have the ability to do what you are asking I think it just needs some work to recognize what it’s being given and exactly what it’s being asked.
