Hi,
I have a webhook parsing CV data and bringing this into my High Level CRM.
However the same CV’s come around which means the scenario gets stopped due the contact already existing in the CRM.
This happens more and more so I’m looking at solutions for stopping this and getting smart.
Candidates will apply for more than one job and update CV’s so I want to ‘update any existing record I have on them based on their phone no or email address’
What I’ve created so far isn’t working

what was the output of the Search Contact module in the screenshot? Also how are the two filters setup?

Thanks for your prompt reply (for a weekend too!)
Here’s a screenshot of the Search output (with the exact contact details blurred a little) the email and phone number fields (both of them) are loaded in as search criteria - not sure if that is the best approach, but Go high Level uses both (either of them) as a unique search key for an existing contact
I’ve attached the settings for the 2 filters which I’ve based around the contact ID field (my instinct says this isn’t quite right since I’m searching based on email or phone)

I chose this field for filtering because the update contact action has Contact ID as a mandatory field (again - not sure I’ve done this right)

The search module isn’t returning anything because you have the email AND phone number combined in a single string. Can you show how the module is configured at the moment?

Hi - I made an update the the search today - to just the phone number
Please I’ve chosen the cleansed parsed number from the phone app (instead of the unclean phone number from the webhook which was creating errors of its own with - this doesn’t look like a phone number errors - these seem to be largely fixed
However I reactivated the scenario and its still deactivating saying does not allow duplicate contacts - see error from today -
I don’t think the search is running correctly, yet - any advise (or questions?)
