HubSpot to Google Sheets Automation

Goal: When a certain set of HubSpot property criteria are met, certain HubSpot property values populate the cells of a Google Sheet. The workflow should only run once a week.

Challenge: Hi, guys! I’ve been trying to create this workflow to no avail. I connected my HubSpot and Google Sheet. I selected the correct HubSpot property triggers. But no HubSpot property values at getting mapped to my Google Sheet. Really unsure what I’m doing wrong.

Apologies I can’t post screenshots. I can’t seem to attach any image.

Hey Mike - let’s see what we can do to get this set up for you.

So for something like this, you’d want a scheduled workflow (scenario) that makes a request to Hubspot, checks for those values via a filter between that module and the next module (presumably google sheets) and then if those are all true, it updates / writes to google sheets.

Now, what would be really helpful is to understand what specifically is not working. Is it the initial request to hubspot, the filtering, or the writing to google sheets?

Once we know that it’ll be much easier to start troubleshooting!

(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)

Uploading it here will look like this:

blueprint.json (12.3 KB)

3. And most importantly, Output bundles

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download output bundles”.

A.

Save the bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

Uploading it here will look like this:

bundle.txt (12.3 KB)

B.

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted output bundle in this manner:

  • Either add three backticks ``` before and after the code, like this:

    ```
    input/output bundle content goes here
    ```

  • Or use the format code button in the editor:

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!!
