Identifying customer

Hello,

I am having trouble with how i can identify the customer since we orignally get a quote in from gravity fourm and add it into xero and monday.com. we want to track the pipeline using monday.com but one of the steps is to identify when a customer creates a calendly appointment. My worry is that since there isnt a way that i know of to identify that the user uses the same name they used in the quote fourm for the calendly event that we wont track it properly. Does anyone know a better way to do this or have a suggestions? im not sure what the best practices are for this type of thing.

Welcome to the Make community!

Generally, you’ll have to use an email address to track the same person across different services. You can’t just use the first name.
