Hi @Bhavesh, is this project still open? I’m based in Thailand and building Wlipper (https://wlipper.com), using AI-assisted software development.
Could you share one example of the WordPress layout you want, your keyword source, and your SEO plugin? I would start with one keyword producing a draft for your review, then agree a small fixed-price scope after checking those details. What budget and deadline do you have in mind?
Is your keyword-to-WordPress project still available?
I have prepared a small AI-assisted, offline demonstration: three sample articles become formatted WordPress draft payloads with category/tag mapping. It also detects repeated inputs, holds changed inputs for review and blocks missing fields. This is a new Python demonstration, not a deployed Make scenario or a claim of previous Make client work.
Could you share where the keywords come from, one example of your desired post layout, and your SEO plugin name? Please also let me know your budget and whether you want drafts approved before publishing.
Subject to those details, I suggest a non-binding US$50 estimate for a narrow first pilot: one keyword source, one WordPress site, one article layout, three test drafts, category/tag mapping and handover notes. SEO plugin integration would be confirmed before inclusion. Make/model usage charges, automatic publishing and custom plugin development are outside that initial estimate. Scope, delivery date and payment terms would need agreement before work begins.
I propose a USD 100 first milestone: one keyword source, one agreed article format, and one WordPress site. The workflow would generate content, apply your category/tag rules, and save drafts for review. Handover includes the Make blueprint and short operating instructions.
We would check three sample keywords, required formatting, and a repeated input to verify that it does not create a duplicate post. SEO-field mapping depends on your plugin; I would check compatibility before including it in the fixed scope. Automatic publishing can be agreed after you approve the drafts.
Could you share one example article, the keyword source, and your SEO plugin name? The USD 100 is an indicative proposal, subject to reviewing those details and agreeing scope, timing and payment terms before work starts. Your existing Make and content-provider usage charges would be separate. I’m based in Ukraine and can coordinate in writing; please confirm whether that location and Payoneer or another compatible payment method work for you.
Hello Bhavesh, is your WordPress workflow still available? I suggest a USD100 first milestone using one keyword source, one agreed article format and your existing accounts. It would create three test drafts with the required category and tags, record the resulting post IDs, and include duplicate/retry checks and operating notes. Please share an example article, the keyword source and your SEO plugin so I can confirm the field mapping and scope before we agree a delivery date. Provider usage would be on your accounts. Automatic publication would be a separately agreed step after draft review.
Hi Bhavesh, are you still looking for help with this workflow?
Would a smaller first milestone be useful: one keyword source and one agreed layout producing a WordPress draft with the required category and tags? This would cover draft creation first, rather than your full publishing and SEO setup.
I propose USD 90 for that milestone, subject to reviewing an example post and confirming the connections. I would include setup notes and checks for the agreed output. Implementation would use AI assistance; I do not have a completed client reference for this exact Make/WordPress combination.
Which keyword source and SEO plugin do you use, and is that initial scope within your budget? Existing platform and model usage costs would remain on your accounts.
Hi @Bhavesh, is this project still open? I work with AI-assisted automation and would first scope a small, testable draft workflow: keyword input, your required article format, and WordPress category/tag mapping. I would validate it against your setup before promising delivery; I am not claiming prior client experience with this exact Make/WordPress combination. What is your budget, keyword source, required format, and SEO plugin? A non-sensitive example is enough; please do not post credentials.
Hi Bhavesh, is your keyword-to-WordPress project still available?
I can propose a US$75 first milestone: one keyword source, one agreed article layout and three WordPress drafts with your existing categories and tags, plus setup notes. AI would assist the content and implementation. You review the drafts before publication; no search-ranking promises are included.
I have prepared a small offline example of the draft formatting step. It is not yet connected to Make or your site. Before confirming the milestone and delivery slot, could you share one example of your preferred post layout, the keyword source and your SEO plugin name? Please also confirm whether US$75 fits your budget. Please keep credentials and private customer information out of the public thread.
We would agree the acceptance checks and payment method before implementation. Any Make or model usage runs on your accounts and is separate from the fee.
Hi Bhavesh, this type of workflow aligns perfectly with our expertise. We regularly design automations on Make.com that integrate content generation engines (such as OpenAI) with CMS platforms for management and publishing, like WordPress.
We can set up a clean structure that handles:
Input of keywords or initial prompts.
Content processing and structuring via AI.
Automatic mapping of categories, tags, page formats, and SEO fields before creating the post on WordPress.
If the project is still open, we can exchange a few words privately to define the field details and move forward.
You wrote here on 7 September: “…based on keyword, genrate content then publish on wordpress blog, with defined a specific formmat of page & categroy & tags, seo etc…”
The scenario is the short part. The thing worth deciding first is whether each post publishes on its own or lands as a draft for you to approve.
Send me one post in exactly the format you want and I will map the scenario against it — your fields, your categories and tags, and where the title and description get set.
Hi, I can help you build a simple and efficient Make.com automation that generates and publishes SEO-optimized content on your WordPress blog based on specific keywords. I have experience integrating Make.com with AI content generation tools and WordPress APIs. I will configure the workflow to follow your required page format, including headings, structure, featured images, categories, tags, and SEO metadata.
I will share my previous Make projects via screenshots.
You can reach me at [email protected].
Hi Bhavesh, I’m Carol. Is this project still open? I’d like to discuss your keyword-to-WordPress workflow.
For a first milestone, I’d suggest one keyword source and one agreed article format, creating WordPress drafts with category/tag mapping and duplicate checks. SEO fields would depend on your plugin.
Could you share an example of the desired post, where your keywords are stored, which SEO plugin you use, and your budget range? With those details, I can assess feasibility and propose a small paid test. Scope, price and timing would be agreed before work starts.
Hi Bhavesh, is your Make-to-WordPress project still open for a paid build? Could you share one example of the post format you want, where the keywords will come from, and which SEO plugin you use? I would suggest starting with one keyword source and one post template, creating a draft for your review before enabling publishing. What budget and deadline do you have for that first version?
I’d suggest starting with one paid pilot instead of building the full publishing flow at once.
For $95 fixed, I can deliver:
- one keyword source
- one agreed article template
- AI-generated structured content
- WordPress Draft creation
- category and tag mapping
- duplicate protection using the WordPress post ID
- visible error/retry handling
- 3 test keywords
- a short handoff note
I’d keep automatic publishing outside the first milestone until the draft path is stable and verified.
My strongest hands-on work is in n8n, APIs/webhooks, CRM/revenue automation, validation, deduplication, retries, and reliable handoff logic. I haven’t shipped this exact Make + WordPress combination in client production, so I’d rather prove the first slice cleanly than overstate that experience.
Hi Bhavesh — I can take this as a small fixed pilot rather than trying to automate the whole publishing stack at once.
For US$95 fixed, I’d build one keyword source → AI-generated structured article → your required WordPress format → category/tag mapping → save as Draft for review, with duplicate protection and a simple error log.
I’d test it with 3 sample keywords and provide the Make blueprint plus short handover notes. Once the first path works reliably, automatic publishing and advanced SEO fields can be added separately.
Before starting, I’d just need one example of the post format you want, where the keywords come from, and the SEO plugin you use. I won’t claim this exact WordPress setup as past client work; my current proof is around structured automation, validation, routing and duplicate-safe workflows.
Hi Bhavesh, is this project still available? I’m interested in a small, clearly scoped first version of your keyword-to-WordPress workflow.
My background is procurement and operations support, including supplier quotations, RFQ documentation, spreadsheet records and document checking. I’m new to Make client work and would like to demonstrate fit with a small sample before agreeing to production delivery.
I’d propose one keyword source, one article template, category/tag mapping and a WordPress draft for review before publishing. Could you share the keyword source, an example post layout, your SEO plugin and target budget? That would let me confirm scope and give a realistic fixed quote and delivery estimate. I’m seeking project-based work that can be coordinated asynchronously around my existing job.
Hi Bhavesh, is this still open for paid help? For a first milestone, I’d suggest one agreed article format: a keyword in, a WordPress draft out, with the right category, tags and SEO fields. Publishing can follow once you approve the draft output. Could you share a public example of the format, your SEO plugin, expected article volume, budget and target date? I’m based in Taiwan and would work remotely by text. Would AI-assisted implementation be acceptable? Scope, acceptance checks and payment would be agreed before any build; no site credentials are needed at this stage.
Bhavesh — the scope is small enough to just build, so here’s what I’d do.
One keyword in, one WordPress draft out, formatted your way. A Make scenario that takes the keyword, calls the model, then maps the result into your exact page structure — title, category, tags, and whatever your SEO plugin needs. Rank Math and Yoast take different fields, so which one you’re on changes the mapping. Content lands as a draft first, never straight to publish.
Two things I’d settle before writing a single step, because they’re where this shape usually breaks:
Duplicate protection. If the keyword fires twice — retry, overlap, someone re-runs it by hand — you get two posts unless the scenario checks before it writes.
Category and tag mapping. Free-text model output and your existing taxonomy won’t line up on their own. That needs an explicit mapping table, not a best guess.
Send me one example post and tell me which SEO plugin you use, and I’ll turn one keyword into one finished draft within 48 hours so you can judge the output before we go further.
Which model are you planning to use for the content, and does it need to match a specific tone, or is broad SEO copy fine?
Hi Bhavesh — Tranced Media can scope this as one Make scenario using your existing AI and WordPress accounts. For one keyword source, one article template and one site, my indicative pilot estimate is US$125–175, confirmed after seeing the template and SEO plugin.
I’d first generate WordPress drafts and validate the body layout, title, category, tags and supported SEO fields against your example. The pilot would also check that repeating an input does not create a duplicate post, and that failed runs are recorded. Once you approve the example, the same flow can publish.
Please share the input source, one example of the desired page format and the SEO plugin name. Keep passwords, API keys and private site data out of the public thread.
The handover would include the scenario blueprint, field-mapping notes and results for three agreed sample keywords. This would be built and tested by Tranced Media’s AI assistant, with no claim of previous WordPress client work. We can agree the final scope, price and timing before starting.
