Importing multi-row sales orders from Google Sheet to Katana Cloud Inventory with make.com

I need to import new (multi row) sales orders into Katana Cloud Inventory and I’m struggling to get it working beyond this point.

I get each order as a bundle with the order rows as arrays. But then I’ve lost the customer ID and shipping address fields that should be on the order level… I’d need some help to get over this hurdle…

The Google sheet looks like this:

Hello @Jonas_Moran, welcome to the make community, I would love to work with you on this, you can book a call Here to discuss the project requirements and you can checkout my upwork profile Here

Hey @Jonas_Moran, I know this might be frustrating when processing the data, especially when it isn’t working as expected.

I would like to assist you on this, for that I need few things before going through your workflow.

  1. What’s the error message you’re getting while processing the data (especially on the last Katana module)
  2. If it’s possible, please share your blueprint.
  3. Finally, if you’re comfortable in sharing over the call book one HERE

Hi @Jonas_Moran I would love to help you with this scenario

We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.

If you are interested we would love to help you, you can schedule a call in here: 30 Min Meeting | Felipe Saucedo | Cal.com or check our website www.aspirity.com

Hey @Jonas_Moran,

You have to build the mapping of the fields in Katana with the columns on Google sheet. I would recommend also storing on Google sheet 2 new columns to store the Katana record ID and the last update date-time.

I am doing a co-building session where we work together to build your automation. Working together, we can complete the automation during the session instead of days or weeks while you get trained about the workflow so you can make your updates later by yourself.

Happy to schedule a 30-mins conversation with no commitment to discuss your challenges and try to solve it during the meeting. Here is my calendar link: Solve it in 30 mins | Dimitris Goudis | Cal.com

Thanks,

Problem solved now with your team’s assistance. Thanks!
