In Hubspot, when I move a deal from prospect to discovery, I want to create a new event in another tool (Wrike)

Hello, my process is to create a project folder in Wrike (Project Management Tool) based on the status of a deal in Hubspot.

Ex. When a deal enters the “Up for Approval” stage, I need to create a project folder with all the details that is in Hubspot about that deal.
Below is the path in Hubspot and when this trigger needs to take place.

You could try creating this scenario first and let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks! I’ve created a scenario and am able to create the folder in wrike.

In your image you have an arrow in a circle. Does that mean the scenario is triggered based on an event and not time based? If so how do I set that up?

Also, in my scenario, I was able to map the following in the setup

When running tests, none of the data I mapped is coming in.

No, I’ve set mine to manual only.

You may need to create a filter by clicking on the dots, to only allow events of interest through, and ignore (filter out) all other events.

Thanks. Another question, I want to bring in fields like Playbooks, Line Items, and Attachments into the wrike task I’m creating. I’m not seeing the fields that are populated in Hubspot in the Make. Are you able to help me bring in these details?

No problem, glad I could help!

That looks like a new question, could you please create a separate topic for this?

While it’s tempting to reuse an existing thread, a more effective approach would be to start a new topic just for your question. Why? It helps community experts find and respond to your query quicker, and keeps our space organised for everyone. If you start a new conversation you are also more likely to get help from other users, especially from those who are more familiar with the apps you are using.

The Make Community guidelines encourages users to try to mark helpful replies as solutions to help keep the Community organized.

This marks the topic as solved, so that:

  • others can save time when catching up with the latest activity here, and
  • allows others to quickly jump to the solution if they come across the same problem

To do this, simply click the checkbox at the bottom of the post that answers your question:
