Including my questions in my export

Hello!
I’ve created an automation of a Cognito form into ClickUp and it’s working great but was wondering if anyone knows how to also send the question my clients are answering as it would make it clearer for my employees to look over the information.

Hi @Local_Goods_Company ,

You would have to map this yourself. So, since you know the questions & the variable names on one side, you can add text on the other side which explains the question.
