Patreon customers are automatically added to my Discord group. Additionally, they should also be automatically added to my Telegram group. How can I make this happen? When they are added to Discord, they should receive an invitation link (individual Link 1x use only) to the Telegram group.
The process can be broken down as follows:
1) User Joins via Patreon
Customers sign up for the community through your Patreon page.
2) Automatic Addition to Discord
Patreon connects with Discord, adding the customer automatically to the Discord group.

Once in Discord, the customer should receive an individual link to join the Telegram group.
