Intelligent analysis form for women undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer

What are you trying to achieve?

Hello,

Let me introduce myself, I am Blandine Hue, and I take care of a French association named BPRM Buste Plat & Reconstruction Mammaire (= Flat closure & Breast Reconstruction) which helps women who have had a mastectomy or are going to have a mastectomy.
I would like to develop a form that helps them make their choice: Breast reconstruction or Flat bust (Flat closure).
It’s a little more complex than that, but it’s to give the main idea.

My dream:

  • Make the form available on the website

  • when the person has responded to the questionnaire, she can request a sending by email of a summary analysis carried out by the AI.

  • I have already made the form on Google forms.

  • I also manage to manually transform the Google Sheet data to make it usable by the AI which does a textual analysis of the responses.

  • I found the right script to request a suitable analysis, and the result is great.

Now I want to automate all of this.

I admit that I would need help to build this project because I have no experience and I would need a generous person who would be ok to accompany me.

If it is possible, that would be great, and it would help many women, in France, but also internationally.

Thank you in advance :folded_hands:

Welcome to the Make community!

I would suggest completing the Make Academy before jumping into building a complete scenario. If you need specific assistance when you are building a scenario it’s easier to help you then. Otherwise, you can also hire a professional by posting a request in the Hire a Pro category.

Here are some useful links and guides you can use to learn more on how to use the Make platform, apps, and app modules. I found these useful when I was learning Make, and hope they might benefit you too —

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.
