I am a French association which helps women who have a mastectomy because of breast cancer.
Association: BPRM (Buste Plat & Reconstruction Mammaire) = Flat Closure & Breast Reconstruction(due to a Breast Cancer)
I want to create a interlligent form available on a website to help women to make thei own choice when a mastectomy is required to save their life.
I would like each person who responds to the form to be able to obtain by email a summary analysis of the responses using artificial intelligence.
This form should help users understand what is important to them when choosing between breast reconstruction and flat closure (without reconstruction).
Many questions to ask and a statistical analysis is unsuitable because it is not enough to count the arguments for and against this or that technique.
Textual analysis is essential.

I know how to manually prepare the table to make it a text that is easy to analyze by the AI.
I know which script to create to obtain an easy structured analysis which allows us to better understand the motivations of the person responding

prepare scenarios on Make to automate the process.
This project would help many women, in France but also internationally.
But I really need help because I do everything alone, with few resources, and only my curiosity to develop a tool that would be so useful!!!

Hi @BPRM I would love to help you with this cause. We have done some past projects related to smart forms as well as business within the health sector and ONGs.

What do you use to store all your data? This is your central data base system. All your responses have to live there inside.
You also need a great data source for training your AI, who has to be very very careful about its results since the case is really sensitive. I would recommend build an AI agent for this purpose using one of the available options in market. Your agent can work as interviewer to users collecting all information for their case, storing them in your data base and then process the results. At this point you can have a validation step from a doctor or someone who has great understanding of the cases.
Also important on the tools you are gonna use, to be GDPR compliant which in health care is more strict.
I am doing co-building session, where we build live on the meeting your own system. This helps you to get the result during the session and also get to know how your own system works and operates. In this way, you are gonna have the skills and knowledge to make improvements by yourself.
