Hello,

I have set a fb lead form to send an email when a lead is submitted. I have set the interval every 15 minutes. When i tested by “Run Once” all working good. The email is firing when a lead comes

But with the scheduled interval (i have enabled the ON toggle) it not sends the email. I see the notification on the top “There are 1 records in the queue waiting to be processed.” but nothing happens

Any help? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Make community!

Turn your scenario off and then on again. It will prompt you to delete all the data in the queue, or process all the older requests first.

But this how will solve the issue? The issue is not the queue but that when a lead is submitted the outbound email is not fired. Also i have run once the scenario so there is nothing in queue now.

How can i fix the not firing event ?
