Hello! I am trying to create an automation that happens when I get a new lead from my Jotform form.
So basically here is how the scenario goes: New Jotform submission > Create new customer in Quickbooks > Search for the new customer > Create estimate
In my form I ask the questions needed to be able to create the customer and the estimate, but I get this errer message: * Prohibited value in parameter ‘type’. on my “Search customer” step.
Here are the screenshots of my scenario and error message.
The estimate will be created with the following parameters:
- Customer name
- Amount is calculated with the unit price*quantity given in the form
P.S. Even when I didn’t use the “Search customer” step, I got an error message saying this: [Error - Invalid number in parameter]
Any help would be highly appreciated!
