Just starting out--can't sort how to only grab NEW entries from Gravity Forms

We have connected Gravity Forms to Google Sheets, and have set it up to run every 15 minutes. It’s working, but it’s grabbing the same five entries every 15 minutes and re-adding them to the Sheet.

I suspect there is something we need to setup with a filter on the trigger, but it’s not obvious (to me). Suggestions?

You might be using the wrong Gravity Module.

I think you are using a module named “Get Form Results”

Use “Watch Entries”

Now you will update the google sheets live, Don’t have to wait 15 minutes.
