Hi! I’m looking for a Make expert who can help me build several automations connected to Copper CRM.
Right now, I have 5 workflows running in Zapier. Together, they process around 150–200 operations per month. I’d like to migrate these to Make and improve the logic so that we avoid duplicated Opportunities and keep our data clean.
What I need:
Build or optimize 5 scenarios connected to Copper
Use triggers such as: new lead, updated person, updated opportunity
Add filters/router logic to avoid duplicates
Create/update people, leads, and opportunities
Ensure the flows run reliably and keep Copper organized
Optional: help me structure the scenarios so they’re easy for me to maintain afterward
All workflows are straightforward, but each scenario has around 4–6 modules.
I estimate the total workload should be manageable for someone experienced with Make + Copper CRM.
If you’re familiar with Make and Copper CRM (not just one or the other), please send me:

I’ll also structure the scenarios so they’re easy for you to understand and maintain.
Hi @Benjis_PlantCare ! I would love to help you with your Copper integration. However I would need more information in order to estimate this, can we have a short call to discuss?
We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.
Are you still looking for help with Copper CRM automations? If yes, I would love to help you with it. Have sent you an email as well.
I run a small automation studio called Automation Jinn where we help founders like you automate their processes and increase efficiency.
I can understand how it can become more technical and difficult to handle yourself. I am a Make advanced certified as well as Zapier Solution Partner with a background in computer science so quite comfortable in integrating API and custom code beyond simple flows. Would love to talk more about Copper CRM automations and your business

I would treat this as a Zapier-to-Make migration with Copper data quality as the acceptance test.
For the first build, I would map the five existing Zaps into a scenario inventory: trigger, Copper object touched, match key, create-vs-update rule, duplicate-opportunity rule, and what gets logged when a record is skipped or updated. Then I would migrate the highest-risk workflow first and prove it with sample leads, people, and opportunities before moving the remaining four.
TinyOps Studio can take the first slice as a fixed $499 build: audit the five Zaps, build the first Copper scenario in Make, add dedupe/update logic, and hand back a repeatable pattern for the rest. If you want the full five-scenario migration quoted first, the $149 audit will produce the fixed build quote.
Reply with which Zap creates the most duplicate Copper records and one example lead/person/opportunity path, and I can quote the first step.
I’ve shifted a few CRM workflows from Zapier to Make, and the biggest win came from tightening the triggers and pushing more logic into routers so updates don’t fire twice. If you ever need cleaner data syncing across your wider stack, I’ve had good results leaning on tools from https://allyourducks.com/ to keep inventory and customer info consistent across platforms. Happy to help sketch out those five scenarios if you want.
