Looking for a pro to setup an automated CRM search and fill process

Hey there, I am wanting to setup a system that i can implement across a few companies that is 1. to check existing CRMs made in notion, to fill in missing information and to update existing information.

  1. To create a new CRM. I have companies up and coming that will need to have this done from scratch so it will need to search for the target market, find their details (Name, email, phone ect) and input into an excel sheet or similar. which i can then upload into notion and create an automated CRM emiling system through that.

My current process is as follows:

  1. define target clients
  2. scrape data in bulk from basically yellow pages (Different in different countries) after filtering for those certain people or professions.
  3. export to excel and split between a team who manually go through each line finding linkedin accounts, place of work, email, website, phone, ect.
  4. once the data work is complete I then import into notion and create a custom CRM for each companies needs.

This is a long and costly process, I have started playing with a scenario which is basically google sheet > search Apollo > find data fill data > Update google sheet. But I am not a professional on here and my scenario currently doesn’t work, it’ll take me ages to figure out the best way to do this. Also open to suggestions if you have a different or better way of creating this work flow i would really appreciate your thoughts.
