- Timeline: We need this completed this week.
Overview of Requirements:
We need 5 scenarios and 3 apps integrated:
- App 1: Brincr (ERP System)
- Excellent API documentation.
- OAuth 2 authentication available.
- Challenge: No webhook functionality available, so scenarios need to work without relying on webhooks.
- App 2: Track-Pod (Transport Management Software)
- Excellent API documentation with webhook capabilities.
- App 3: Magento 2
- Magento is already integrated with Brincr (directly within Brincr’s own integration) to send all orders to Brincr.
- We also have a Magento webhook module that can trigger actions if needed, as Make.com doesn’t have a working Magento 2 integration.
Scenarios Needed:
Scenario 1:
- Trigger: Order status update in Magento.
- Action:
- Fetch corresponding order in Brincr using Brincr order ID.
- Update fields in Brincr:
- Change the shipping method.
- Update the order status.
- Modify the order reference.
Scenario 2:
- Trigger: Brincr order shipping method = “X”.
- Action: Send the order to Track-Pod.
- Challenge: Since Brincr doesn’t support webhooks, this needs to be done efficiently to avoid high task usage in Make.com.
Scenario 3:
- Trigger: When an order is created in Track-Pod (via webhook).
- Action: Send the tracking link back to Brincr.
Scenario 4:
- Trigger: When a route is optimized in Track-Pod (via webhook).
- Action:
- Retrieve the route orders in sequence (e.g., Order X = A, Order Y = B).
- Update each Brincr order with the Route ID and the sequence code.
- Challenge: Parsing the Track-Pod data and applying it to multiple Brincr orders.
Scenario 5:
- Trigger: When an order is marked as “delivered” in Track-Pod (via webhook).
- Action: Update the corresponding order status in Brincr.
Additional Information:
- Timeline: We need this completed this week.
- Budget: We are willing to pay generously for the right expertise and quick delivery.
- Preferred Approach:
- We’re open to advice on whether to configure the apps first or focus directly on scenario building.
- Due to the lack of webhooks in Brincr, we’re looking for an optimal solution that minimizes task usage in Make.com.
