Mailerlite Integration with Bigin and Email

Hi All,

I have a problem while integrating Mailerlite with Bigin Zoho Crm or Email module.
I have 2 scenarios and both have the same problem.

Scenario 1: Watch subscriber event from Mailerlite and send an email.
Scenario 2: Watch Subscriber event from MailerLite and create a contact in Bigin Zoho Crm.

Both scenarios are working fine.

The issue is I am not able to map certain fields(custom fields) from Mailerlite to other modules.
Those fields just dont show up while mapping.

Also, how did you map: Scenario 2: Watch Subscriber event from MailerLite and create a contact in Bigin Zoho Crm.

Yes, my issue is resolved. I received a response from make.com support.
Here is the response:

If you are missing some fields in the mapping panel then kindly do the following steps:

  1. Turn off the scenario.

  2. Create a testing record in the Mailerlite where you will fill up all custom fields.

  3. Go to the scenario and make right-click on the Mailerlite “Watch Subscriber Events” module and hit “run this module only”.

  4. Save the scenario.

  5. Refresh the page.

  6. Open the Email module → You should be able to map all the values that were filled up in the testing record now.
