I wanted to know how to send a message confirming the client’s attendance at the meeting, I want this meeting confirmation message to be sent by botconversa
In this case, being more specific, I want to get these dates from Calendly and send the client the link so they can choose the date they want to hold the meeting, let’s assume they want to hold the meeting on the date 10/04 at 7pm, the My question is how do I send a reminder message to this client via botconversa 1 day before, 1 hour before, 10 minutes before with the meeting link that will be on Google Metting, if this client does not confirm attendance at the meeting I want send him a new option to schedule the meeting again and consequently exclude the meeting on 04/10
To send this message, I only want to send it to the client’s WhatsApp via botconversa, but I don’t really know how to do that
Hey, so if you’re already using Calendly to book the meeting, I’d highly recommend you just set the automation up in Calendly. They make it super easy to set up email and text reminders that include the link to join with and you can set up as many reminders as you’d like.
In terms of not confirming attendance, you can have each reminder you send the recipient include a link with the option to reschedule if they can no longer make it.
The best way to track whether or not they have confirmed is through your email providers mail calendar client (Ex. google calendar / outlook). With something like that you could setup an automation that checks X amount of time prior to the event and checks to see whether the person on that event has confirmed or not and then follows up with them.
Regarding wanting to reach out to them via whatsapp (botconversa) I’d need to look further into that but there are a number of ways to leverage whatsapp within make or use something like twilio that that can send text messages as well.
If you still have questions, let me know as I’d love to try and help answer them!
I wanted to send these reminder messages via botconversa, the way I told you above, if you could help me, I would be grateful!
Looks like Calendly has a section for Advanced Workflows – look into whether that can send the notification to a Make Custom Webhook trigger.
