Missing mirror values from monday.com GET an Item module

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Can’t retrieve mirror values from a Get an Item module even though they are filled out

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

I have tried retrieving as a parent item or as a subitem. I have tested on multiple clients and mirror values consistently show up as empty.

I would recommend contacting monday.com support as it looks like the issue is on their end. I even tried on their API playground and it doesn’t display on their platform even

I’m facing the same issue today and it looks more like they rolled out an update and broke something. I created a ticket to Monday customer support and they forwarded it to the dev team.

You can create a ticket as well, so it’s more of us reporting the issue.

Also why I posted here, so we can have more people lodge tickets with monday.com.

Unfortunately they won’t report it on their monday status page, cause they think its only a small number of people despite me finding this issue on all of my client accounts

I’m facing the same trouble and looking forward for solution ASAP.
Since yesterday, Make.com returns our mirror column as “empty”
