Monday GET an Item v1 modules are failing to return data appropriately, and creating tons of errors across my 1000 plus modules across multiple clients.

Can we get any other Makers who are experiencing the same issues to lodge support tickets to put pressure to get this resolved quickly

Same issue! Glad i started early in adopting to V2….

Edit: I tried to switch the failing scenarios to V2 and the error disappears.

Yes its the connect boards column stops working in v1. Unfortunately I’ve way too many modules to remap, so I actually need a fix done on v1

Make has issued a fix, so now it’s all working again

With the issue fixed do you know if we still have to adopt the new V2 module?

Yes, you will need to eventually migrate. From May 1st 2026, they won’t support v1, so if another issue like this arises, they are unlikely to put a fix into place.

Best to start migrating as soon as you can
