What are you trying to achieve?
When the status “Eingestellt = Ja” is set in the “Probetage” board, I want the following steps to happen:
Take the email address from the Probetage board
Search for the same email in the “Praktikumsanmeldung” board
Get all available data from that entry (first name, date of birth, zip code, etc.)
Create a new item in the “Stammdaten MA” board
Only fill in fields that actually exist in the target board (for example, if “Date of Birth” exists and is empty, fill it; if a field does not exist in the target board, ignore it)
My problem:
In the Create Item module in Make.com, not all columns from the target board are shown (for example, “Straße und Hausnummer” is completely missing), even though the column exists as a text field and all settings should be correct.
Steps taken so far
Renamed, deleted, and recreated the column
Re-added the module in Make
Tried with different browsers, cleared cache, admin rights checked
Board IDs and workspaces are correct
Other columns are visible and mappable
→ Still doesn’t work!
Hi,
are you an automator or in a different line of business?
I’ve automated a lot with Monday and often encountered this error back then too.
Sometimes it’s just banal settings that you’ve missed, such as selecting the wrong board, or serious bugs that you have to fix with a few workarounds.
If you can’t get any further, we can take a look at your automation together
Hi,

Hey,
Yes, I am an automation engineer, we can take a closer look at my setup. And no, it’s really not the board
Hey,
