What are you trying to achieve?
Here is my scenario. We are a non-profit with many volunteers. These volunteers are required to sign policies and we use BoldSign for that.
In the Monday.com board that I am using, each item row is for a volunteer. In the columns, I have a status if they have signed a policy or not. I will have to do this part manually for now.
In Google Drive, I have a folder called “Employees and Volunteers”. Inside of this folder, every volunteer and employee has their own individual folder.
What I am trying to accomplish right now is to have a column set up that will contain links to that employee’s individual folder. For example, in each item row, there is the person’s info in the first few columns (role, last name, first name). The next row will be a link for that employee that goes directly to that person’s folder. So, each person will have a different link in that particular cell.
Steps taken so far
I’ve set up several connections in an attempt to do this. When I tried different ways so I’m not sure if I am laying my scenario out correctly. I have set up the google drive module to get a link for each person’s folder. This link should then be passed to the second module which is for monday.com. I have set it up to where I believe it should insert a link into that particular corresponding person’s Google Drive Link cell. I attempted to use the AI tool and this helped with many things but in this particular scenario, I am unable to do it. Any thoughts?
