Hi,
My scenario is triggered on a webhook.. on getting triggered it goes to a google drive folder and downloads files from in there. The problem I have is that if there are no files in the target folder and the webhook is triggered, it throws an error and the scenario automatically deactivates. How can i prevent this?
I tried putting a router and filter condition but the error occurs before that..
You can add an error handler to catch potential error, use the ignore error handler and filter with the error message so it won’t stop anymore moving forward
Hi.. pardon my ignorance.. is there a module called error handler?
Yeah you can right click on the module giving error and click on add error handler, then choose ignore and set a filter with the error message

You can also prevent your scenario from turning off so easily by setting a higher number of consecutive errors in the scenario settings.
Handle errors so scenarios don’t stop.
You might want to add some error handling to your modules to handle exceptions, so the failing module(s) can automatically be retried or ignored. By handling any errors by adding a “Error handler” to the module, the scenario won’t throw an error and get turned off.
Error directives can only be added to an error handler route.
1. Right click and select “Add error handler”
2. Error handlers will appear

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
