Need help with integrations on scenarios

The non-profit I work for has a handful of scenarios that either have errors or we need help making them more robust. For example, we have salesforce and activecampaign connected in two scenarios but it still isn’t working the way we want. Help!!

Hello @Brittany , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hey @Brittany , I can help stabilize and clean up those Make scenarios so Salesforce and ActiveCampaign sync the way you actually need them to. The first step is to audit the existing scenarios, identify where the errors and logic gaps are happening, and then rebuild the weak points with proper filters, mapping, error handling, and retry paths. I’ve worked on these kinds of CRM/marketing automation flows before, including fixing sync issues, duplicate record problems, and unreliable trigger behavior. I can also make the scenarios more robust so they’re easier to maintain and less likely to break as your data changes. If you share the scenario details, expected behavior, and current issues, I can review and start fixing them right away. Kindly book a call with me here to discuss this further

Hi @Brittany ! I would love to help you with your scenarios

We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.

Hey @Brittany,

Have sent you a DM as well. Would love to help your Non Profit and make your scenarios more robust by adding error handling and fallbacks using Make. I run an automation studio called Automation Jinn where we help companies automate their processes and increase efficiency. I am Make advanced certified with a background in computer science so quite comfortable in integrating API and custom code. I have experience working with both SMB’s and large enterprises.

Some of my relevant work-
• For an Enterprise company with 500+ employees, I built end to end AI agents using Make for newsletter curation and Pinterest pin creation. It reduced the time for developing marketing assets from hours to minutes. The scenarios were made with robust error handling.
• For a digital agency, I set up a smart call-routing system using Twilio and Airtable to automate lead handling.
• For an education company, I integrated LearnWorlds with Airtable, Make, and Pipedrive via API handling complex pagination and syncing data in real time.

I work more as an AI transformation partner for my clients rather than just a builder. Would love to learn about your day to day operations

Happy to also jump on a call if it’s easier- https://cal.com/sparsh-gupta-pnrp6p/30min

Hi Brittany, Welcome to make community :waving_hand:

This is a common issue when scenarios “work” but aren’t reliable, it’s usually due to mapping gaps, filters, or how the data flows between modules (especially with Salesforce + ActiveCampaign).

I’ve worked on similar Make setups involving:
• fixing broken scenarios and errors
• improving data sync between CRMs
• making workflows more robust (filters, error handling, deduplication)

A quick review usually reveals where things are breaking.

Quick questions:
• What kind of errors are you seeing?
• Is the issue around data not syncing or wrong data mapping?

Happy to take a look and clean it up. Looking forward to hearing from you brittany!

I would start by isolating the Salesforce to ActiveCampaign failure, not by trying to rebuild the whole stack.

For one failing scenario, the useful deliverable is a field-by-field contract: Salesforce object and trigger, create-vs-update rule, required fields, ActiveCampaign list/campaign mapping, duplicate behavior, and the exact module where the live run diverges.

TinyOps Studio can quote this as a fixed $149 audit: inspect the current scenario, pin the failure point, and return the implementation quote for the fix. If you already know which scenario is failing, the audit can move directly into the repair path.
