We’re looking for a Make Automations Manager to join our team, mostly for LLM integrations but also classic CRM tools. Lots of flexibility on the job, working remotely is not a problem, basic German is required tho. Anyone? Cheers!
Hi,
This sounds interesting. I work extensively with Make.com building automation systems that integrate LLMs like OpenAI and Claude alongside CRM tools and other business platforms.
Most of my work involves designing automation pipelines that connect APIs, process AI responses, and move structured data into CRMs or internal tools. This includes things like lead processing, AI-powered content generation, workflow automation, and multi-step scenarios with routers, filters, and error handling.
I’m comfortable managing and maintaining ongoing automation systems, improving existing scenarios, and building new ones as business needs grow.
While my German is basic, I can communicate and work comfortably in English and collaborate with distributed teams.
If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to learn more about the workflows and LLM integrations you’re building.

Hi PimpUP, welcome to the community.
This sounds like an interesting role. I work extensively with Make.com automation, including LLM integrations and CRM workflows.
Regarding German, I can communicate comfortably in written German for messages and documentation, but I handle calls in English.
If that works for you, I’d be happy to connect.

Hi PimpUP,
I am Priyanshu Kumar, Founder of Evara AI (incubated at IIT Bhubaneswar). LLM integration within automation workflows is our core expertise, so this caught my attention.
At Evara AI, I build production-grade LLM integrations daily – connecting Claude API, OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), and open-source models into Make.com scenarios that handle everything from intelligent lead qualification to automated content generation pipelines. On the CRM side, I have built automation systems that sync data across HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom CRM setups, with LLM-powered enrichment layers on top.
Specifically, the kind of work I handle includes:
- Designing Make scenarios with LLM modules that handle structured output parsing, token optimization, and fallback logic when API calls fail
- Building multi-step AI pipelines where one LLM call feeds into another with context management
- Integrating CRM tools with AI-driven data processing – lead scoring, auto-categorization, intelligent routing
A note on the arrangement: I operate on a contract basis through Evara AI rather than traditional full-time employment, but I can dedicate significant and consistent hours to the right engagement. This often works better for clients who need deep expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire. Happy to discuss a structure that works for both sides.
Regarding German – I have basic proficiency and can work with German-language documentation and written communication.
Feel free to DM me here if you would like to discuss the scope and see if there is a fit.
Best,
Priyanshu Kumar
Founder, Evara AI
Thank you all for your messages. Unfortunately, we really need someone with spoken knowledge of German for our everyday business. But we will be in touch for specific projects! Many thanks!
Hi there,
I saw your post and I’m a great fit for this. I specialize in building “intelligent” automations where LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic) do the heavy lifting inside Make.com and n8n workflows.
Why I can help your team:
-
LLM Integration: I don’t just connect GPT; I build flows that extract structured JSON, handle long-context windows, and use AI for real business logic (lead scoring, automated replies, data enrichment).
-
CRM Expertise: I’m a pro at syncing AI outputs with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Airtable.
-
Production-Ready: I build with error handling and logging as standard, so the automations don’t “hallucinate” or break your CRM data.
-
German Skills: My German is at a basic/working level—I can navigate documentation and communicate within the team, while keeping the technical heavy lifting in English.
I’m looking for a flexible, remote-first setup where I can take ownership of the automation pipeline.
