NEED TO CONTACT SUPPORT, I have a free plan but I need to connect with the helpdesk

I need to change the name in my certification as I will use it to apply for jobs. I cant get a way to create a ticket to help desk in make. Can someone help me take me to the link where i can create a ticket with a free plan in make?

I’m guessing it’s the e-cert for the Partner Training assessments.
