As the title describes, using the New Event module is not triggering when performing an Event in the QBO side.
I’m using a QBO Plus Sandbox. I already created the app, created the connection as Sandbox, provided the client ID and secret, created the webhook and nothing.
Waited for hours and nothing, connect it again, re-connect it and no data.
This is disappointing to say the least…
Any help is appreciated it.
In QBO Sandbox, webhook delivery is often delayed, unreliable, or does not fire consistently. Likely that Sandbox company changes do not trigger events.
Maybe try polling modules like Watch Payments etc.
Also are webhooks enabled in Intuit portal?

I am testing a sandbox created in the developer portal without a relationship to a paid account. Just the sandbox.
I contacted support but they were not helpful.
I seriously don’t know where is the problem…
[Edit] I tried the Create an Invoice, Creates a Customer modules, and they are working, I even see how the data it’s been retrieved when fields are not set to Map = True.
But somehow the New Event it’s not triggering, when I create a Customer or an Invoice in the QBO side.
