I’m using Make to send a user question, captured in a Manychat automation, to a OpenAI Chat Completion. Since yesterday I’ve noticed that the ThreadID generated by OpenAI has changed it’s format and now Make is not been able to send it to the chat completion because of this format change (see screenshots).
Is anyone facing this same problem? Has anyone resolved it?
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.
