Click the ‘Create a new scenario’ button in upper right
Search for Webflow, choose ‘show more’, then select ‘Watch Events’
Click ‘Create a webhook’ button
Name the webhook and click ‘Create a connection’ button
Name the connection and click Save
The last step caused a pop-up window to appear where I’m supposed to choose my webflow workspace to authorize. I’ve used the exact same layout/window in the past to connect Outseta and Supersparks to Webflow, but this time the right side does not show any workspaces to choose from and hovering over the search field causes my cursor to turn into a “no” symbol.
How can I get my Webflow workspace to appear?
I’ve tried using both Safari and Chrome on my Mac.
I’m logged in to Webflow and can see my workspace in the Webflow UI.
The site I want to use with Make is on a paid CMS plan and I have successfully used the Webflow authorization screen to previously connect it to other services such as Outseta and Supersparks, but am unable to connect it to Make.
Looks like this is a bug because I can’t select any workspaces either.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
This issue has been reported to the development team and is currently being investigated. In the meantime, you should be able to establish the connection using the client ID and secret.
Could you please try creating the connection by following the steps below and let us know how it goes?
I think I’m almost there. I did everything you mentioned, but there was some additional settings in webflow and I wasn’t sure what to use (the choices in “edit app” in webflow). In the end, I got an error message when I clicked the Save button in Make.
From what I see in your screenshots, it looks like the scopes in screenshot no. 3 might not be set correctly. However, since this is difficult to investigate from the community, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team.
