If I choose ‘select from the list’ in the next field there’s nothing related to Notion. If I choose ‘enter manually’ it’s asking for a Database ID - where do I get that?

First, ensure your connection in Notion has access to the databases you’d like to see in Make. You can give access to a Notion database/page from the three dots at the far top right corner > “Connections” > select your connection to provide it with access to the database/page.
As for the Database ID, you can get it from the URL in Notion. Here you can find a visual representation of where to find a database ID in Notion.
