On Demand scheduling

I dont understand how On Demand is supposed to work, I have got emails in the designated folder in Outlook I want to capture but with “On Demand” as the schedule it does not seem to work. It keep saying no new data found even though I am putting new emails in folder it is watching.

You need to choose where it starts each time if it’s emails that the module found previously. If you want the module before it will not retrieve any new items unless you specify it to.
