I am trying to create an automation for someone that uses Outlook, I’ve asked them to login with their credentials but when I select the account and try to “Watch Emails” and pick where to start from I get an error.
I have tried searching the error but cannot find much information. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If they managed to login with their account, it’s unlikely that the account is “inactive” or “soft-deleted”.
Therefore, since the emails are hosted on-premise, you might need to install an on-premise agent to access their emails on the company server.
