Hi there. I’m looking for someone to set up and teach me how to monitor a connection between Jotform and Monday.com.
Our grantees submit reports via Jotform, and the data is currently feeding into Monday boards via a native connection. However, we have several Configurable List widgets in our report. Each of these configurable lists correspond to a unique board in Monday.com. I would like to be able to parse the data submitted in the Configurable List and have it land into a Monday boards as separate items.
I’m the system administrator for my organization, and I’ve built the Jotform and the Monday boards. I’d like someone to set up this connection and let me see how they do everything or even record how they do it so I can monitor the connection.
We can implement a custom parsing mechanism for your Configurable List widgets. Each list entry will be parsed and mapped to specific boards on Monday.com, creating separate items for better organization and tracking. This involves setting up a custom integration using a tool like Make.com and data lands on the correct board without manual intervention. we can also create a detailed guide or record the setup process, so you can monitor and manage the integration easily
Hi @Katelyn_Cowan
With Make it is possible to watch a jotform submission and automatically create items on various boards based on selected options from configurable lists in the form using filters:
