Pins are not published on Pinterest via Make

What are you trying to achieve?

Pins are not published on Pinterest via Make.

It returns an error:
{“type”:“RuntimeError”,“message”:“[403] {\”code\”:29,\”message\”:\”You are not permitted to access that resource.\”}”}

The problem is clearly on the service side; the Pinterest account is not blocked, and I also tried switching Pinterest accounts.

When will your integration with Pinterest work as before? Thank you!

I have the same issue, most likely the problem is on Make’s side

the last time the posting worked was 13 hours ago, what happened today doesn’t work at all, whether this account or the other one doesn’t depend on age. We hope for a speedy recovery, thank you!

exactly the same errors and it’s not Pinterest, the account is alive. Reauthorization does not help. I made a new connection, it also does not help.

What are you trying to achieve?

I am trying to get help with an error I am experiencing. I have been using this automation for over a year and sometimes pinterest needs to be re-connected and that always solves the problem but this time I Just keep getting an error code: The operation failed with an error. [403] {“code”:29,“message”:“You are not permitted to access that resource.”}

Even though I am connected.

Steps taken so far

I have re-connected it again. I have made a new board. I checked my account is business (like I said been running this same automation for a year no issues), but I still cant get the error to go away.

I’m having the same issue as of last night. Everything has been working fine, then it started getting that error as of like 11 PM. I’ve reauthorized, checked permissions, etc. etc. and everything is fine but I’m still getting the error. Hopefully someone has a fix for this.

Hello everyone @here,

For anyone just joining the conversation, I wanted to let you know that this issue has been reported to our dev team and is currently being investigated as a priority.

We’ll share updates here in this thread as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, you can try creating your own app via Developer Account> Apps and use the advanced connection to provide client ID and secret.

Please refer to this documentation ofor detailed steps.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding while we look into this :folded_hands:

Hello everyone @here, our dev team has completed the investigation and did not find anything suspicious on our end.

However, we did come across some indications that the issue may be originating from Pinterest. You can find more details here: You Can’t Access Pinterest? Fix “Resource Not Permitted” Errors Now - LikeList.me.

Could you please let us know if you’re still experiencing the error, or if it has already been resolved on your side?

Thanks a lot for your collaboration :folded_hands:
