Pinterest Sorry! This site doesn't allow you to save Pins

Good morning,

Hello,
please I have a problem when publishing pins on my pinterest account.
when publishing, I receive this error that I do not understand.

The operation failed with an error. [400] {“code”:1,“message”:“Sorry! This site doesn’t allow you to save Pins.”}

I tell myself that Pinterest would probably have prohibited Make from creating pins.
Publication frequency: 3 to 4 publications, every 5 minutes, between 12 p.m. and 2:20 p.m.

Does anyone have a clue as to the cause of the problem or possible solutions?

As input, I have :

I have this error on occasion as well. For me it helps to restart the scenario and reauthorize the connection. Most of the times it runs again after that.

I’m not sure what causes this problem. If anyone has a better solution I’m keen to learn about it, because it’s very annoying.

I too have encountered this problem on more than one occasion. The support does not answer. There is no more detailed Log of the problem either! This is a critical error for me! And a big problem! How to bring this problem to the attention of the support team?

I asked support for help, but it appears they have a big backlog.

They told me the following:

  • Contact Pinterest, because the problem seems to lie there
  • Maybe API token + secret can solve this issue(if you just use the simple connect), but they can’t confirm

I also informed them that there are more people on the forum looking for an answer to this problem and asked if they could provide some more information to this solution in the documentation. They replied that they noted the feedback.

Also my request to the API of Pinterest has been denied a few times already, still trying, but haven’t found the magic sauce yet…
