We have a problem more and more regularly, when retrieving our meta leads, we have this error that happens from time to time :
“Scenario has encountered an error while being processed. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘…’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at Graph API - Documentation - Meta for Developers (100, GraphMethodException).”
On the other hand, the connected account does have full access to the facebook page concerned (total access), and the ID indicated is indeed that of a form we’ve created and which has received a form…
I don’t know if anyone has this problem, but I don’t know how to solve it. The problem also being that previously we didn’t map the “IDs” of the page and form but simply selected them from the list. But now we only get the following sentence “failed to load data.” when we use the latter procedure.
@Meven
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. We can definitely help you with this.
Please send us a few screenshots showing the error message and how your scenario is configured, especially around the Facebook Lead Ads module. That will help us better understand the issue.
From the error, it seems related to missing permissions or an expired/misconfigured connection with Meta’s Graph API. But we’ll be able to guide you more precisely once we see the setup.

Indeed, the problem seems to come from the prospect ID directly. I’m discussing this in parallel with support, but nothing seems to solve the problem.
The account with which the connection is made has full access to the page, the form has no problems, etc…
That object id refers to form may be, please check if that form is accessible to the user who connected the lead ads connection and have sufficient permission to access leads from that form.
