Hi! I’m having an issue with getresponse and webhook.
The webhook is receiving data, but when it comes to GetResponse doesn’t let the task to be completed, because some contacts are leaving their emails more than once
Can you please give more informations?
You are trying to create a new contact but the email already exists?
Than you could try to search for that contact first to see if it exists and if yes than update it or do notthing?

You can just right-click and add an error handling route, and then pick an ignore directive module to prevent the error.
