I’m looking for a “Unicorn” Make expert to lead the technical delivery of a 12-month AI transformation program for MSPs (Managed Service Providers).
The Short Version: We are teaching 20 high-performance MSPs how to build and sell Agentic AI (Triage Bots, Invoice Workflows, RAG Agents) to their SMB/Enterprise clients.
I need a Technical Lead to build the “Golden Sample” blueprints and teach the cohort how to deploy them safely.
Who This Is For: You are a Logic & Orchestration expert who is bored of building simple “Typeform to Slack” automations. You understand Enterprise Security, Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph API.

Must Have: Previous experience working in or with an MSP (You know what a PSA is and why “Shadow AI” scares them).

Must Have: Deep expertise in Make.com (Error handling, JSON manipulation, Iterators).

Must Have: Experience with Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Sentinel logging).
The Role:

Build: Create the “Cheat Code” blueprints (JSON exports) for the curriculum.

Teach: Lead a monthly 3-hour “Live Build” session (Remote) where you guide the partners to build the asset code-along style.

Support: Run a weekly “Office Hour” to unblock technical issues.
The Details:

Rate: £450 – £600 per day (B2B Contract).

Commitment: ~10-12 days per month (Flexible build time + Fixed live delivery slots).

Stack: Make.com, Stack AI/LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Agents.
