How can I keep a scenario running even if it’s a duplicate email, and just have it skip over it? Need better support!!

There are several ways to handle this. Here’s one: Right click Shopify and add an error route. Then, if Shopify encounters an error, you can choose whether to ignore it or do something else instead.

Right click on the Shopify module and choose Add Error Handlers and select Ignore
