hi everyone -
I’m looking for a way to implement a scheduling delays - to send a sequence of 3 follow-up emails :
I start a sequence of follow up email.
Scenario 1 : Send Follow up Email 1
Scenario 2 : If no reply after 2 weeks (of the scenario 1), send Follow up Email 2 after 2 weeks.
Scenario 3 : If no reply after 3 weeks (of the scenario 2), send Follow up Email 3 after 3 weeks
There is a delay between scenarios. They are linked.
I would have multiple delays within the same scenarios.
I would like to resolve it natively.
thx
You can use the data store to store the “scheduled” items with a due date, and then another scenario to read from the data store daily and then process the due items.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!
thx.
It is possible to create only one scenario with delay grouping the 3 follow ups ?
Between each followup, set a delay
Same as the native feature of Zappier : https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288754829-Add-delays-to-Zaps
No, Make does not have a native delay feature yet.
I’m sure others would agree that this is a nice feature to have.
You can submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under Platform ideas and improvements
Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it, so that you don’t end up creating a duplicate.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
