I’m using shopify module “Search for Customer” and simply entering an order number (produced by chatgpt) but it never returns the order information. I’ve tried both #1234 and 1234 order number formats but either way it doesn’t work.
Does anyone have any idea what i could be doing wrong?

A random number generated by GPT or any other source is not the order number that exist in shopify. You will only what exist there. Please use “search orders” module. There you will get available order ids.
